A Jewellery brand with showroom in Central is looking for a sales & administration assistant to work Monday to Friday from 10:30am to 6:30pm. Additional hours may be required on weekends and during biannual company events
Responsibilities include: meeting with suppliers and clients, stock keeping, taking photos of new products, maintaining the website, liaising with the factory, fulfilling job orders which includes stone sorting and matching, and keeping the office neat and running. May be required to go to suppliers' and/or clients' offices in Kowloon side
Job requirements: Trustworthy, well organized with strong attention to detail. Past experience in jewellery or diamond company a plus. Knowledge in MS office and google suite are a must, quickbooks an advantage, gemology certificate a plus. Able to maintain safety and security of location by following protocol. Fluent in English and a good command of Cantonese and / or Mandarin an advantage.
