Job Overview:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise to support the sales process of our cybersecurity solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in cybersecurity, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide technical solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical demonstrations to potential customers.
- Assist in preparing proposals, RFP responses, and other sales documents.
- Act as a technical liaison between the customer and the company, providing guidance and support throughout the sales process.
- Provide technical support to customers during the implementation and deployment of the cybersecurity solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to provide feedback and suggestions based on customer needs and market trends.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in cybersecurity to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or related filed.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or sales engineering within the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong technical skills in cybersecurity, including knowledge of network security, endpoint security, and cloud security.
- Excellent German communication skills.
