ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is very detail oriented
  • Cares deeply about the quality of their work
  • Understands the importance of accurate data
  • Can work to get tasks done with out constant supervision
  • Can read and understand purchase orders, sales orders, packing lists, BOL, and invoices
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities of Purchasing Assistant includes:

  • Provide updated inventory list
  • Keep track of goods promised, pending Sales Orders
  • Follow up with Salesmen on orders that have not gone out /SO’s that have not come in.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing inventory
  • Set delivery dates and track orders
  • Provide information needed to import team
  • Act as point of contact between vendor and Logistics
  • Ensure orders arrive on time
  • Chase orders out the door
  • Follow up with sales team and order processing
  • Ensure orders are processed

Qualifications:

  • High School or Higher

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
