ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for someone who:
- Is very detail oriented
- Cares deeply about the quality of their work
- Understands the importance of accurate data
- Can work to get tasks done with out constant supervision
- Can read and understand purchase orders, sales orders, packing lists, BOL, and invoices
- Is proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities of Purchasing Assistant includes:
- Provide updated inventory list
- Keep track of goods promised, pending Sales Orders
- Follow up with Salesmen on orders that have not gone out /SO’s that have not come in.
- Manage incoming and outgoing inventory
- Set delivery dates and track orders
- Provide information needed to import team
- Act as point of contact between vendor and Logistics
- Ensure orders arrive on time
- Chase orders out the door
- Follow up with sales team and order processing
- Ensure orders are processed
Qualifications:
- High School or Higher
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
