Overall job purpose/ 工作目标概括:
Closely monitor new public health policies at regional and national related to NRDL, NEDL, National/Provincial VBP, public hospital reform, internet+ et.al. under fast evolving environment, proactively and insightfully analyze the situation that company faced
Assisting in the design, implementation, and evaluation of public health programs aimed at integrating company business strategy
Establishing working relationships with related agencies to coordinate efforts on public health projects
Recommending changes in strategic imperatives following the public health policy changing
Gain support from Global, understand international public health policies systematically, especially for HTA, and learn best practices to support China health access strategy
Team Responsibilities/ 团队工作职责:
Analyze China public health policy environment, especially focus on HTA, health reform, etc. to strengthen product clinical value

Stakeholders network in assigned area, inclusive top public health and HTA experts

Carry out projects with association. Keep regular communication with association to ensure project smooth execution

Assist EVD head to draft public heath project strategy, coordinate and execute related projects

Maintain good cross-functional communications, provide professional guidance to support business objectives;

Skills, Performances & Competences required by the position :

Master degree or above, major in public health, medical or related areas is preferred. 公共卫生,医学,药学,卫生管理相关领域学校毕业硕士以上学历
Better with 1-3 years of working experience in multinational companies or relevant government offices. MNC 或政府部门 1-3 年准入或政务经验优先
Good English both in oral and in writing 良好的英文口语和写作能力
Good slides and data analysis skill 良好的 PPT 和数据分析能力
Proven ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships with key stakeholders. 能与客户建立有效的沟通渠道
Experience of Public Health Policy Analysis, project management 有公共卫生政策分析,项目管理经验
Prioritized with NTA/HEOR experiences, 有卫生技术评估,卫生经济学经验优先考虑
